Employed, not freelance
Every rider has an employment contract with FleetX — Minijob, Midijob, part-time or full-time. No sub-contractor chains.
Documents under control
ID, work permit, social security, licence and insurance are verified before the first shift. Expiry is flagged 30 days ahead.
Automatic suspension
If a document lapses, the rider is removed from all future shifts automatically — and reinstated the moment it's fixed.
Working time enforced
Weekly caps of 10, 20, 30 or 40 hours by contract, max 8 hours a day and 11 hours rest (ArbZG) — the roster cannot break them.
Audit-ready, always
Every status change, upload, review and shift is logged with a timestamp. One click exports the full history.
Read-only partner access
Your ops team sees the pipeline, traffic-light status and KPIs of your fleet — with personal data minimised under GDPR.
